Whether you are ready for a Greek-inspired meal or a simply want to add a little pizzazz to one of your own creation you are going to love this excellent traditional blend! Bold yet versatile, this seasoning is made of Oregano, Garlic powder, Sweet paprika, Onion powder, Parsley, Black pepper, Algarve salt, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg.
1 Cup of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon of Greek Seasoning
Mix base and seasoning. Mellow in fridge for 1 hour.
2 cups of dry Short Pasta (Penne, Rigatoni, Shell…)
2 chopped tomatoes or 1 pint of cherry tomatoes cut in half
2 peppers (1 red, 1 yellow) chopped into small pieces
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 cucumber, chopped into small pieces
1 Tablespoon of Greek seasoning
1 Cup Feta cheese (or to taste)
1/4 Cup of olive oil
Cook pasta following the directions on the package until it is al dente . Drain the pasta and cool down. Place in a large bowl and mix with all ingredients saving tomatoes and feta for last.
1 cup of olive oil
¼ cup of lemon juice
¼ cup of red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons of Greek Seasoning
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of garlic powder or 1 fresh minced garlic clove
Add all ingredients (wet first) to a mixing bottle shake well before each usage.
